At the end of each month, Patel’s Chhappanbhog prepares a Profit and Loss Account (P&L Account) for each Franchisee outlet.

Based on actual sales of the outlet, Patel’s Chhappanbhog deducts costs (Product cost, logistics cost, accessory cost, discounts offered, commissions paid to the delivery partners, etc.) from the Franchisee outlets and transfers the balance to the Franchised outlet’s account.
